Yoga 1 & 2

Is the class for those new to Camarillo Yoga, who have no current injuries, and for Yoga 2 students who want to deepen an understanding of yoga fundamentals and move at a slower pace.

Teachers adjust to fit the needs of the group, with fundamental practices including standing postures, and core and upper body strengthening. Each class concludes with time to deeply relax and quiet the mind.

When:
Every Monday 6:00 to 7:00 PM (doors open at 5:45 PM for setup)
