Yoga 1 & 2 & Mini Sound Bath

Every Sunday morning
(except holidays)

A class for those new to Camarillo Yoga, who have no current injuries, and for Yoga 2 students who want to deepen an understanding of yoga fundamentals and move at a slower pace. Class concludes with meditation and a mini sound bath with crystal bowls and other healing instruments!

Teachers adjust to fit the needs of the group, with fundamental practices including standing postures, and core and upper body strengthening. Each class concludes with time to deeply relax and quiet the mind.

Stretch and strengthen your body. Learn to breathe and reduce stress. Celebrate your awesome, unbelievable self!

Learn yoga practices that build strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and immunity, in addition to centering and breathing practices that develop body/mind awareness, confidence, compassion, patience, and inner calm. Tween/Teens who practice yoga regularly are more present, relaxed, and rested.

It’s never too soon to start building a mindfulness foundation. In Mindful Tots sessions, students learn about breathing methods, emotional regulation techniques, relaxation practices, and exercises to deepen the mind-body connection.
